Gionee S6 with 3GB RAM and 13 MP Camera now in the Indian Markets

It is been just a few months to launch of Gionee S6.It is been a rushed into the Indian market in no time. The all new Gionee S6 is now available for purchase in India, next only to China. India being the second country to be on the list for launch venues.

The online retailer Flipkart has taken the priority for the sale of the device in the Indian market. The Gionee S6 has been launched in 3 shades of Gold, Silver, and Rose Gold Hybrid and reportedly in stock with Flipkart. The Gionee S6 is supposed to be sold at the price tag of INR 19,999.The launch in the price segment is not surprising since India is only the second country to be marketed for Gionee and the price would be obviously more than  $295 on the international market.

As far the specification disclosed by Gionee, the new Geonee S6 has Mediatek Mt6753 SoC with 1.3 GHz octa-core CPU and mali GPU. The display features include 5.5-inch 720 pixel AMOLED Display for the initial model available in the Indian Market. The Gionee S6 runs of the latest version of Android 5.1 Lollipop in addition to the company’s AMIGO OS 3.1. Moreover, the model has overgenerous resources with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB expandable internal memory. The Geonee S6 is powered by the conventional 3150 mAh battery.  The camera has impressive camera options with 13 MP primary rear camera unit and a 5 MP front-facing camera. The aesthetics of Gionee S6 has been worked on the earlier models with improvised edges and lessened width on the exteriors. The new Gionee S6 is only 6.9 mm thick with an impressive sleek design.

As per the expectations of the company on the launch, the spokesperson for Gionee stated that the fingers are crossed, and the uncertainty prevails through the initial period of the launch in the Indian Market. Gionee however, has an anticipation which comes through their research in the Indian niche of smartphones in the economy range and hopefully the company expects GioneeS6 to be the extra edge they had been waiting for in the Indian markets.
